SmartRC (smartrc.shop) Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These conditions apply to all sales made through the smartrc.shop website, operated by SmartRC, headquartered in Belgium. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Availability

Products available for sale are those listed on the site. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier. Photos in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the offered product.

3. Pricing

Prices on the site are in Euros (€), including all taxes, excluding delivery charges. SmartRC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order registration.

4. Ordering

Order validation implies acceptance of these T&Cs, acknowledgment of full awareness of them, and waiver of one's own purchase conditions. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card or any other means indicated on the site at the time of the order. The order will only be processed after receipt and validation of payment.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be canceled and the customer refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The return fees are to be paid by the customer unless stated.

8. Warranty

Products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period defined in the product description. This warranty does not apply in the case of misuse, negligence, or modification of the product.

9. Liability

SmartRC cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute related to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
